As COVID-19 cases surged, it became difficult to keep track of infection count data. 

Several employees were needed to aggregate and process the data, but they were only able to report on the data once a day. 

RPA Solution

RPA was used to:

  • Collect infection count data multiple times a day in the 2,200 counties where GSA manages its 9,600 buildings.
  • Provide infection count data to the GIS team.
