  • Create procurement requests for the Office of the Chief Info Officer.
  • Perform funds distribution work.
  • Establish grant packages.

Value

NSSC currently has eight bots across 40 processes. 

Enhanced creativity and innovation:

  • Employees have submitted more than 300 ideas for process innovations and improvements; some ideas become processes that the bots perform while others result in simple process reform. 

No NSSC employee has lost a job as a result of successfully implementing RPA.
